4 Weeks-Parvovirus (NEOPAR)

6 weeks- 5 Way puppy vaccine

9 weeks-Bordetella (Kennel Cough), 5 way puppy vaccine,Revolution (flea/mites)

12 weeks-5 way puppy vaccine

15 weeks-5 way puppy vaccine

Wormings

Wormed with Panacure at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks old
